The standard agreement after the pilot is a 3-month rolling engagement with 30-days notice to exit. Most partners move to a 12-month MSA after 90 days when the model is proven — because the 12-month structure unlocks the best volume discounts and allows us to deliver the full 10-phase roadmap properly. But there is no pressure to commit beyond rolling terms until you're confident.
SEO takes 3–6 months to show meaningful traffic gains — that's the nature of organic search. But we set KPIs at Day 14 and track them every month, so you always know if we're on trajectory. If Month 3 KPI review shows we're behind target, we have a defined escalation process: strategy adjustment, scope review, and if needed a rate adjustment.
